The need to optimise the space and the premises used in document management forced them to unify their central registries which until then were distributed in two locations. And this required moving all document collections, including management files and documentation that was being processed.

The removal meant moving over 58,000 linear meters corresponding to 150 departmental administrative bodies and 38 units. This task took 6 months.

Once the archive was centralized, the custodial and loan service for this client has meant managing almost 30,000 linear meters.
